Notice to International Students re: Paypal
Due to policy changes by Paypal, US Paypal business accounts will no longer be able to accept or send payments to personal Paypal accounts overseas. To enroll in any course, here are your options:
Make payment arrangements online via the credit card option, or send a check or money order.
Make a Paypal payment for course enrollment from a business account on your behalf.
Alternatively, you can arrange to have someone in the US send payment from a personal account for a Gift Card, which you can then use to register for any course.
